1. Data we collect
This app has no accounts or sign-in. The developer does not directly collect data that identifies you, such as your name, email address, or precise location. Game progress, settings, and purchase entitlements are stored only in a file on your device and are not sent to a developer server.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
The current free-version implementation includes interstitial ads after results screens and rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob may process your advertising ID (AAID), device information, approximate IP-based location, and app-use information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob documentation.
3. Consent — Google UMP
Where consent is required, the current implementation requests it through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) at first launch, before loading an ad. If consent is declined or limited, the app requests non-personalized ads. The app is implemented to let you reopen privacy settings from the Data section of its settings.
4. Payments — Google Play Billing
Remove Ads, shard packs, and a pilot pack are implemented to be processed through Google Play Billing. The developer does not receive payment-card information. The app handles only a purchase token and status on the device; restoring a purchase asks Google Play for purchases owned by that account. Remove Ads disables interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain a choice.
5. Usage statistics — on-device and off by default
An optional in-game setting counts stage starts, clears, deaths, ad impressions, and purchase attempts or completions only on the device. The app includes no analytics SDK and no code that sends its own statistics over the network. This setting is off by default; turning it off deletes prior local statistics.
6. Children
The app is designed not to be directed to children under 14, and its ad requests are implemented to declare that it is not child-directed.
7. Retention and deletion
On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. The developer retains no server-side data, so there is no developer-held server data to delete on request.
8. Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date.
